Dylan W.Z SuChief Executive Officer & Director

Mr. Su is a seasoned real estate developer with over a decade of experience. Since moving to Toronto in 2009, Mr. Su has established himself as a forward-thinking leader in real estate development. He has spearheaded numerous successful real estate projects, contributing to Toronto's urban growth and development while demonstrating expertise in property acquisition, project planning, and execution, ensuring each development meets high standards of quality and innovation.

Throughout his years of experience, Mr. Su has been successful in building strong partnerships with stakeholders, architects, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Ungad ChaddaDirector

Mr. Chadda is an experienced capital markets regulator and financial services executive having previously worked at TMX Group, the parent company of Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. Chadda was responsible for building and maintaining the TMX Group investor base as well as supporting its public interest mandate and strategies to grow as a company.

Mr. Chadda joined TMX Group through one of its predecessor entities in 1997. During his tenure, Mr. Chadda held progressively senior roles, including Director of Listings, TSX Venture Exchange; Chief Operating Officer, TSX Venture Exchange; Vice President, Business Development, Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange; President, Toronto Stock Exchange; CFO of TSX Trust (formerly Equity Transfer and Trust) an OSFI regulated entity; and SVP, Head of Enterprise Corporate Strategy and External Affairs, TMX Group. Ungad currently advises clients on capital markets, regulatory and governance strategies.

Mr. Chadda attended McMaster University, where he received an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in 1994 and he received his Chartered Accountancy designation while working with Ernst and Young LLP in 1996. Mr. Chadda has served on multiple boards, and has completed University of Toronto's Rotman Business School Director Education Program.

Christina HuChief Operating Officer

Christina Hu is the Chief Operating Officer of Solis, bringing over 15 years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, supply chain management, and corporate administration. She has a proven track record of building operational infrastructure, driving organizational growth, and supporting companies through critical stages of expansion.

Prior to joining Solis, Ms. Hu served as a Director of Wellbuilt Supply, a leading building materials supplier based in Markham, Ontario. As part of the leadership team, she played an instrumental role in the company's growth, overseeing strategic operations, business development initiatives, and supply chain optimization. Her contributions helped strengthen the company's market presence, improve operational efficiency, and support sustainable business expansion.

Ms. Hu's expertise spans international business, corporate governance, vendor management, logistics, and organizational development. Her strong operational background enables her to establish scalable processes and support high-growth businesses as they transition from early-stage ventures to mature enterprises.

At Solis, Ms. Hu leads operational strategy and execution, working closely with portfolio companies to implement best practices, streamline operations, and build the foundational infrastructure necessary for long-term growth and value creation.

Ms. Hu holds a Master's degree in International Business from Sheffield Hallam University in the United Kingdom.

Dr. Mousa BahramiChief Technology Officer

Dr. Mousa Bahrami serves as Chief Technology Officer of Solis, where he leads the company's technology strategy, innovation initiatives, and technical execution across its portfolio of investments and growth opportunities. With deep expertise in quantum computing, advanced photonics, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies, he plays a key role in identifying, evaluating, and advancing transformative technologies with commercial potential.

Dr. Bahrami brings extensive experience in the development of next-generation computing and secure communication systems, including quantum computing architectures, quantum-safe security solutions, quantum random number generation (QRNG), and post-quantum cryptography. His technical background spans both hardware and software development, enabling him to bridge cutting-edge innovation with practical business applications.

At Solis, Dr. Bahrami works closely with management, strategic partners, and portfolio companies to assess emerging technologies, support commercialization strategies, and drive innovation-led growth. His ability to translate complex technical concepts into scalable business opportunities helps position Solis at the forefront of evolving technology sectors.

Through his leadership, Solis continues to expand its access to high-impact technologies and strengthen its ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities in rapidly developing industries. Dr. Bahrami's combination of technical expertise, strategic vision, and commercial insight supports the company's long-term objective of creating sustainable value for shareholders.

Ian LiChief Financial Officer

Ian Li holds a Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University, with a dual focus in Computer Science and Economics. He brings over 30 years of business and executive management experience in Canada, with a strong background in corporate administration, financial oversight, and strategic investment.

Mr. Li has been actively involved in multiple sectors, including real estate development, technology enterprises, and economic investment initiatives. His cross-industry experience provides the Company with disciplined financial leadership and a comprehensive understanding of capital allocation, operational governance, and long-term strategic planning.

Originally from Hong Kong and now long established in Canada, Mr. Li possesses a deep understanding of the Canadian economic environment and the operational frameworks of federal, provincial, and municipal governments. His insight into regulatory structures and public–private collaboration contributes to the Company’s strategic positioning and risk management. Mr. Li also maintains an active role in community and public affairs and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Chinese Conservative Association of Canada, where he supports initiatives that promote civic engagement and community participation.

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Li is responsible for overseeing the Company’s financial strategy, capital planning, and corporate governance framework, supporting the Company’s long-term growth and capital market development.

Gilbert ChenChief Development Officer

Gilbert Chen is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across retail, manufacturing, international trade, and human capital development. His career is defined by a consistent track record of building organizations, scaling operations, and unlocking growth through strategic talent development.

After relocating to Canada in 1995, Gilbert established himself as a trusted leader in business and executive search. In 2005, he founded Provalue, a firm specializing in executive recruitment and organizational consulting. In 2018, he launched CYBC (Canadian Youth Business Club) and currently serves as its President, fostering leadership and entrepreneurship among the next generation.

Gilbert has also partnered with global platforms such as the Hurun Report to co-create influential programs that connect international business leaders, investors, and innovators.

As Chief Development Officer, Gilbert leads the company's growth and development initiatives across strategic investments, business expansion, partnerships, and corporate development. He is responsible for identifying new market opportunities, evaluating investment prospects, cultivating strategic relationships, and driving long-term value creation for Solis Capital and its portfolio companies.

Paul PathakLegal Counsel

Paul Pathak is a Partner at CP LLP and serves as Legal Counsel to Solis Capital Worldwide Holdings Inc. He has over 30 years of experience advising private and public companies on corporate, securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial law matters.

Paul represents clients across a wide range of industries, including mining, technology, manufacturing, venture capital, and merchant banking. He has extensive expertise in securities law compliance, public and private financings, initial public offerings (IPOs), reverse takeovers (RTOs), Capital Pool Company (CPC) transactions, going-private transactions, and other complex corporate finance matters.

Recognized for his deep understanding of the Canadian capital markets, Paul has developed strong relationships within the investment community and extensive experience navigating the securities regulatory landscape. He regularly advises issuers and investors on strategic transactions and regulatory compliance, helping clients achieve successful outcomes in the public markets.

Paul was called to the Ontario Bar in 1994 after earning his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School. He has served on the boards of numerous private and publicly listed companies in Canada and the United States and is a member of the Ontario Local Advisory Committee of the TSX Venture Exchange.
