Office & Reception Assistant

About the Role

Solis Capital is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Office & Reception Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. This role combines front-desk reception duties with general office support responsibilities to help maintain a professional and welcoming workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Front Desk

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and packages
  • Maintain a professional and organized reception area
  • Assist with meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements

Office Support

  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, and printer materials
  • Maintain pantry supplies, including coffee, tea, beverages, snacks, and kitchen essentials
  • Keep meeting rooms, kitchen, reception, and common areas clean and organized
  • Assist with meeting and event setup when required
  • Coordinate supply orders and deliveries
  • Support staff with general administrative and office-related tasks
  • Report maintenance issues and coordinate with building management when necessary
  • Ensure the office is secured at the end of the day, including turning off lights and locking designated areas

Qualifications

  • Previous reception, customer service, hospitality, or office experience is an asset
  • Friendly, professional, and service-oriented
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an asset
